NO PEEK CHICKEN | |
1 c. uncooked rice 1 can cream of mushroom soup 4 to 6 chicken thighs, skins removed 1 can cream of celery soup 1 pkg. Lipton Onion soup Place rice in 13 x 9 inch pan. Add 1 cup water to each can of soup and mix well in bowl. Pour 1/2 soup mixture over rice. Put chicken parts on top of rice. Pour remainder of soup over chicken. Sprinkle onio soup on top. Cover. Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350 degrees. Do not remove cover during cooking. |
