NO PEEK STEW 
1 1/2 lbs. lean stew beef meat
6 carrots, peeled & chopped in big pieces
3 onions, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
2 c. tomato juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
3 tbsp. tapioca
3 med. potatoes, peeled & cut up
2 or 3 (4 oz.) cans button mushrooms

Mix all ingredients and pour into Dutch oven or any pot with lid. DO NOT LOOK UNTIL DONE. Cook for 5 hours at 250 degrees.
