1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 sm. chopped onion
1 can sm. green chilies, chopped
2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix all together in large bowl. Put into a casserole dish. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
