EASY, EASY CORN CASSEROLE 
2 cans Mexicorn
1 can green chilies, chopped
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated

2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Put all ingredients into greased casserole, cover and bake for 30 minutes or until cheese melts. You can also use cheeses of your choice. Serves 6-8.
