CHOCOLATE MOUND CAKE 
CAKE:

1 box dark chocolate cake mix
1/2 c. oil
1 1/4 c. water
3 lg. eggs

Mix and bake according to package directions. Let cool COMPLETELY and split layers (horizontally).

FILLING:

30 lg. marshmallows
3/4 c. milk
1 c. granulated sugar
1 (14 oz.) pkg. sweetened coconut

Combine marshmallows, milk and sugar. Cook over low heat until marshmallows are completely melted. Cool and stir in coconut. Spread between layers.

ICING:

2 c. confectioners' sugar (leave the bag out, you may need more!)
1/4 c. corn syrup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. cocoa powder
1 stick butter

Combine ingredients EXCEPT sugar. Boil 3 minutes. Add confectioners' sugar. Remove from heat. Let cool about 10 minutes before frosting your cake. Enjoy!
