CAKE:

1 box yellow cake mix

Mix and bake according to directions on cake box. Cook in 9 x 13 inch pan.

FILLING:

1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (12 oz.) bag frozen coconut
12 lg. marshmallows

Mix sugar and milk in saucepan and bring to boil. Cook for 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Take off stove and stir in marshmallows and stir until melted. Add cocoa and vanilla while cake is still warm. Spoon over cake.

ICING:

2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 sm. can cream
1 stick butter

Mix all ingredients in saucepan and cook until the soft ball stage in cold water. Remove and cool slightly and pour over cake.
