CHILI BEAN CHA-CHA CASSEROLE 
1/2 lg. green pepper, coarsely chopped
2 med. onions, thinly sliced
2 stalks green celery, cut crosswise into 1/2" slices
1 clove garlic or equivalent garlic powder
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans, drained
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt

In a medium saucepan or skillet, mix together all ingredients. Bring to a boil, then simmer, uncovered 40 to 45 minutes or until flavors are blended and sauce has thickened slightly. Serves 4 to 6.
