BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 c. frozen potato rounds - 1/2 of a 30 oz. bag
1 lb. ground beef
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can Durkee French fried onions
1 med. tomato, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. milk
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 tsp. garlic powder or less
1/8 tsp. pepper

Line 8 x 12 inch casserole dish with potato rounds. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Brown beef and drain. Layer beef, broccoli, 1/2 can of the onions, and tomatoes in potato lined pan. Combine soup, milk, 1/2 cup cheese, and seasonings. Pour over beef mixture. Bake covered at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions and bake uncovered for 2-3 minutes longer.
