BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
2 c. croutons
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 lbs. link sausage, cooked & cut up
5-8 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup with 1/3 c. milk

Layer in casserole dish croutons, sausage, cheese and egg and milk mixture poured over top. Put in refrigerator overnight. In a.m. cover top with soup mixed with 1/3 cup milk and bake 300 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with ketchup, salsa, etc. rolls or toast and fruit.
