BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
6 oz. pkg. seasoned croutons
8 oz. cheddar cheese
1 dozen eggs
3 1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. bacon

Put croutons in a 9x13 buttered pan. Grate cheese; sprinkle over croutons. Beat eggs. Add milk, salt, and pepper; pour over croutons and cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Cover. In morning, bake uncovered for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Crumble fried bacon on top and bake 15 minutes more.
