BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 box croutons
5 eggs
1 lb. sausage
1/2 c. half & half
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard

Layer croutons in bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Place drained sausage on croutons, top with cheese. Mix half & half mustard and salt. Pour over cheese. Put in refrigerator overnight. Bake next morning at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
