DADDY'S JUST DESSERT 
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
Whipped topping

Immerse can of condensed milk, unopened with label off in pot of water. Bring to a boil and cook on medium heat for four hours, watching for evaporation and adding water as needed. Keep top of can covered with water. Remove from heat, cool and refrigerate until cold.

To remove from can, open both sides and push out as you would cranberry sauce. Cut into slices, put in separate dessert dishes. Top with pineapple and generous helping of whipped topping. To make slicing easier, dip knife in hot water. Because of cooking time, it is more economical to cook more than one can at a time and save unopened in refrigerator.
