Roll out a large can of biscuit dough into rectangular shape. Take 1 pound of cooked sausage and roll it in the dough in jelly roll fashion. Cut into slices. Lay slices on cookie sheet and bake in 425 degree oven until brow, 15 to 20 minutes.
