1 lb. sausage
1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. Bisquick

Brown sausage and add cheese; mix and add Bisquick. Mix well. Roll into balls. Bake until lightly brown at 350 to 375 degrees on ungreased cookie sheet.
