1 lb. sausage
2 c. Bisquick
1 pkg. grated cheddar cheese

Brown sausage in pan; pour off grease and add cheese until melted. Pour into bowl. Add Bisquick and stir. Roll into 1 inch balls; place on cookie sheet and bake in 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes. Makes 36 small biscuits.
