SAUSAGE-CHEESE BISCUITS 
1 lb. Owens sausage (try hot)
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
3 c. Bisquick
1 1/3 c. milk

Cook sausage and drain off fat. Mix together Bisquick and milk until desired consistency. Add cheese and sausage. Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet or pan. Cook at 475 degrees for 7-8 minutes.
