TUNA RING 
1 env. (1 tbsp.) unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. sliced stuffed green olives
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1/4 c. chopped pimento
2 hard boiled eggs
2 (6 1/2-7 oz.) cans tuna, drained & flaked

Soften gelatin in cold water. Heat soup to boiling. Add gelatin; stir until dissolved. Add softened cream cheese, beat smooth with electric or rotary beater. Blend in mayonnaise or salad dressing. Stir in remaining ingredients.

Pour into a 5 cup ring mold (spray with any good cooking spray). Chill firm. To serve, turn out on tray and garnish with any greens.
