TUNA BISCUIT RINGS 
2 c. sifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. shortening
3/4 c. milk
1 (6 oz.) can grated tuna
1/4 c. relish
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. tomato ketchup
1/4 c. butter

Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together. Cut in the shortening and add milk to form a soft dough. Knead lightly on floured board and roll out into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick. Combine the tuna, relish, and mayonnaise; spread this mixture over the dough. Roll up like a jelly roll and cut into 1 inch slices. Place slices, cut side up, on a greased cookie sheet and bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. Serve hot with sauce made by heating the ketchup and butter.
