CHEESY CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 head Romaine lettuce
1 cauliflower, thinly sliced
2 (10 oz.) frozen peas
1 pt. light mayonnaise
2 (1.3 oz.) pkg. dry Italian dressing mix
1 tbsp. J.D. Vegetable Magic
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Clean Romaine and chop in small bite size pieces. In a large deep salad bowl, layer the lettuce, cauliflower and then peas. Cover the vegetables completely with the mayonnaise and then sprinkle the dry dressing, Vegetable Magic and Parmesan evenly over the top. Cover salad and refrigerate overnight. To serve, toss salad completely.
