APPLE SAUCE RECIPE 
Wash 8 to 10 apples. Cut each apple into 2 pieces. (Cutting across the middle will make a star.) Now cut each half into 2 pieces. Put apple pieces into a large pot. Add one cup of water. Cook the apples on top of stove until they are soft and mushy.

Put apples through a Foley Mill or force through a strainer. Add a small amount of sugar and cinnamon, if desired. Eat warm or chilled.

NOTE: The skin gives the sauce extra vitamins and natural color.
