CORN CASSEROLE 
2 cans cream corn
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. salted crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
2 tsp. chopped onions
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
12 drops Tabasco sauce
1 c. grated cheese

Combine everything but cheese. Mix everything and pour into greased pan. Sprinkle with cheese. You may also add paprika if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Very good!
