PASTA SALAD

1 pkg. tri-color pasta
1 head cauliflower
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, cubed
1 lb. Monterey Jack, cubed
Carrots, chopped finely
Green onions, chopped finely

SAUCE:

Equal parts of Italian dressing and Miracle Whip
About 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Garlic powder

Pour sauce on top and stir. Sprinkle Parmesan on top.
