BAKED PORK CHOPS & AMBER RICE 
6-8 pork chops
3/4 c. raw rice
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. orange juice
1 can (1 1/3 c.) condensed chicken broth
2 carrots, sliced or in sticks

Start 1 1/2 hours ahead. Takes 1/2 hour to assemble. Brown chops. Put rice, salt, orange juice, broth and carrots in a 9"x9" pan and stir. Top with the browned chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Nice served with peas and/or a tossed salad.
