CHEESECAKE TARTS 
1 1/2 c. crushed vanilla wafers
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Place 18 muffin cups in muffin pan. Place 1 teaspoon of the crushed vanilla wafers in the muffin cups. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs and beat until smooth. Place 1 tablespoon of cream cheese mixture in each muffin cup. Bake for 25 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool and top with cherry or strawberry toppings.
