1 lb. cheddar cheese
1 lb. Monterey cheese
6 eggs
5 1/2 oz. can evaporated milk
Dash Tabasco
2 (4 oz.) cans green chilies

Grease 9 x 13 cake pan. Grated cheese. Spread chilies in bottom of pan. Spread cheese. Mix eggs and add milk. Pour over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
