CHEESE VEGETABLE DISH 
1/4 c. butter
4 tsp. flour
2 c. milk
2 c. Wisconsin natural cheese, grated
2 tsp. salt
2 c. cooked and diced potatoes
1 c. cooked peas
1 c. carrots, cooked and diced
1 minced onion

Make white sauce of butter and flour and milk. Add salt and cheese, stirring until the cheese melts. Arrange the remaining ingredients in buttered baking dish and pour the sauce over. Bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees) for 30 minutes.
