ITALIAN ANISE TOAST | |
2 eggs 2/3 c. sugar 1 tsp. anise seed 1 c. flour Preheat oven 375 degrees. Grease and flour loaf pan. Beat eggs and sugar thoroughly. Add anise seeds. Add flour. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Remove and slice. Place slices on greased baking sheet. Bake 5 minutes, turn, bake 5 minutes more. |
