ROTELLE PASTA 
Olive oil
2-3 cloves garlic, hopped
1/3 red & yellow pepper, thin strips
1 basket fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. thin strips of ham
1 pkg. Rotelle pasta (curly)
3/4 c. Romano cheese, grated
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Cover bottom of hot fry pan with olive oil. Saute garlic, pepper, mushrooms and ham. Set aside. Boil pasta until tender and drain. Add cheeses and whipping cream to pasta. Add sauteed mixture and heat and toss over low heat until well mixed. Serves 6.
