1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. water
1 tbsp. oil
Food coloring

Mix dry ingredients. Add water, oil and food coloring. Cook 3 minutes or until mixture pulls away from sides of saucepan. Knead slightly. Cool and store in airtight container.
