HOT FUDGE PUDDING CAKE 
Layer 1:

1 c. self-rising flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. melted butter

Mix all ingredients together and spread into a 9x13 inch baking dish which has been lightly sprayed with cooking spray.

Layer 2:

2 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. hot water

Mix together cocoa and sugar and sprinkle over first layer. Pour hot water over all.

Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes. Top with vanilla ice cream.
