HOT FUDGE PUDDING CAKE | |
3 c. biscuit mix 2/3 c. granulated sugar 1 c. milk 2/3 c. brown sugar 3 c. boiling water 12 oz. chocolate chips Preheat oven to 350°F. Pour water over chocolate chips and let stand 1-2 minutes. Stir. Mix biscuit mix, granulated sugar and milk and turn into a buttered oven proof dish or bowl large enough for batter to sit in middle and liquid to surround it. Pour chocolate over batter. Bake 40-45 minutes. Let stand six minutes before serving. Pudding forms at the bottom and cake rises. Invert individual servings on plates, spooning sauce over cake. Can be served at room temperature or warm, with or without ice cream. Serves 8-10 people. |
