STRAWBERRY BREAD 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. vegetable oil
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries thawed (do not drain)

Combine first 5 ingredients; mix well. Combine eggs, oil and strawberries. Add to dry ingredients; mix well. Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pans.

Bake in 350°F oven for 1 hour or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.

Yield 2 loaves.
