HAMBURGER QUICHE 
Unbaked pie shell
1/2 lb. hamburger, saute & drain
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. hot milk
1/3 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Blend hamburger and cornstarch. Gradually add hot milk. Mix green onions and mayonnaise. Add eggs, cheeses, salt and pepper to taste. Spread in unbaked pie shell at 325 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
