JOANN'S STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM 
For 1 gallon freezer.

1 1/2 pt. carton of whipping cream of half and half
1 pkg. Junket Vanilla Ice Cream Mix
1 can Eagle Brand Milk
1 c. white Karo
1 c. sugar
Dash of salt
2 lg. pkg. frozen (3/4 thawed) strawberries
3 drops red cake coloring (if color is desired)
Milk

Mix whipping cream, ice cream mix and Eagle Brand in mixer on slow speed. Add sugar, salt and Karo. Mix well. Add strawberries and color and mix by hand.

Pour in freezer can and add homogenized milk to fill can. Mix with freezer paddle; then close freezer can. Add ice and salt to freezer and freeze according to freezer directions.
