OLD FASHIONED CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder

FILLING:

16 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
4 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. vanilla

Make crust. Cream butter and sugar well. Add eggs; mix. Add flour and baking powder; mix. Roll out with rolling pin and put into 13"x9" baking pan.

Next, make filling. Cream the cheese, then add sugar, eggs, flour, lemon juice and vanilla. Mix well then add milk.

Pour into crust. The filling will be very loose. It will be of the consistency of milk. Top with cinnamon and nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Then turn off oven but leave cake in oven for half an hour longer. You may also add 1 can of drained pineapple, crushed, to batter before baking.

This is the True Old Fashioned Cheesecake Recipe. I remembering working in a bakery back in 1975 and they were made this way for the Kroger Grocery Stores. YUMMY!
