OLD - FASHION CHEESE CAKE 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 tbsp. sugar

FILLING:

1 lb. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
4 egg yolks, unbeaten
1 c. cream
4 egg whites

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place graham cracker crumbs, butter and 2 tablespoons sugar in bowl; blend well. Press mixture onto bottom and sides of a 9-inch spring form pan. Chill in freezer while preparing filling.

Blend cream cheese and vanilla; and sugar, flour, and salt gradually, blending until smooth after each addition. Add egg yolks one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition. Blend in cream.

Beat egg whites until rounded peaks are formed. Spread beaten egg whites over cheese mixture and gently fold together. Turn into pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Remove to cooling rack to cool about 2 hours.
