OLD FASHION CHEESE CAKE 
2 deep dish graham cracker pie shell
8 oz. cottage cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. butter
1 pt. sour cream

Mix cottage cheese and cream cheese on high speed until blended. Add sugar. Add eggs. Reduce to low speed. Add cornstarch. Add lemon juice and vanilla. Mix 3 minutes. Add butter and sour cream. Mix 1 minute. Pour into pie shells and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Turn heat off and let stand in oven 2 hours. Remove and cool. Can be served with fresh or can fruit and Cool Whip.
