CHOCOLATE SUNDAE SAUCE 
1 pkg. chocolate pudding (NOT instant)
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 sq. unsweetened chocolate

Combine ingredients in saucepan. Cook and stir until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat; add 1 tablespoon butter. Serve warm or cold over ice cream. Makes 2 cups. If cold sauce becomes too thick, thin with a little water.
