APPLE MACAROON PUDDING 
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
6 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
6 c. finely chopped apples
3 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs, add sugar and vanilla. Slowly mix in dry ingredients. Last add apples and nuts. Bake in 300 degree oven for 30 minutes then turn oven to 350 degrees for 15 minutes until it turns color.
