1 c. oil
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 can apple pie filling
1/2 c. nuts (optional)
1/2 c. raisins (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture. Bake in 9x13 inch pan for 40-50 minutes.
