2 eggs, well beaten
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
Salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. finely chopped apple
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Great and easy. Mix all ingredients together, place in well greased pie plate and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serve with whipped or ice cream. Can sprinkle with candied fruit at Christmas time. Serves 6-8.
