HASHBROWN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hash brown
1 stick butter
2 c. grated cheese
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. onion
Salt and pepper

Mix together and put in 9 x 13 pan and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Spread on top:

1 stick butter
2 c. crushed cornflakes
