HEATH BRICKLE COFFEE CAKE 
1 stick butter
2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 Heath Brickle
1/2 tsp. salt

Blend flour, butter, and sugars with a pastry blender. Take out 1/2 cup of this mixture and set aside. To the remaining add the buttermilk, soda, egg, vanilla, and 1/2 Heath Brickle. Blend well. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 x 2 inch cake pan.

TOPPING:

Mix remaining Brickle (1/2 cup) with 1/2 cup chopped nuts and add to the 1/2 cup of cake mixture. Sprinkle over the top of the batter and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
