SALMON QUICHE 
1 (#1) can salmon, drained & flaked
1 (9 inch) pie crust, unbaked
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 c. scalded milk
1 c. shredded cheese

Arrange salmon in pie crust. Drizzle lemon juice over salmon. Combine eggs, salt and paprika, beat slightly. Add milk, beat well. Pour over salmon. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over top. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until set. Cuts better if allowed to cool slightly.
