CREAMY CAULIFLOWER 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. pimento, chopped
1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dill weed

In 2-quart casserole, put 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons water and 2 (10 oz.) packages frozen cauliflower. Microwave at high 5 to 7 minutes. Drain.

In same 2-quart casserole, stir 1 tablespoon softened butter, 1 tablespoon flour, stir in 1/2 cup milk, 1 cup small curd cottage cheese, 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, 1 tablespoon chopped pimento, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.

Microwave at high 6 minutes. Mix cauliflower gently into sauce and sprinkle top with 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, and 1/2 teaspoon dill weed. Microwave on high for 5 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
