FAT CITY GREEN BEANS 
1 can French cut green beans
1 tbsp. onion soup mix
3 tbsp. butter
4 oz. heavy cream
2 oz. Velveeta cheese
Bread crumbs

Simmer beans undrained with soup mix for 10 minutes, then drain. Melt butter, cream, and cheese. Combine with beans in casserole. Cover with a layer of salted bread crumbs. Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
