BANANA DELICIOUS 
4 bananas
1/2 lemon
2 eggs
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. coconut
2 tbsp. apricot jam

Turn oven on to 180 degrees. Peel bananas. Slice bananas onto an ovenproof dish. Squeeze lemon juice all over. Beat eggs and sugar in bowl until creamy. Stir in coconut and jam; pour it evenly over bananas. Bake for about 25 minutes (until golden brown). Serve warm with ice cream or Cool Whip.
