CHICKEN DELICIOUS 
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 c. flour
3 or 4 tbsp. olive oil
Garlic, sliced
White wine
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. parsley
2 tbsp. scallions

Flour chicken breasts. Heat olive oil in pan. Add garlic (to taste). Place chicken in pan and lightly brown. Add 1/2 cup white wine, lemon juice, parsley and scallions. Cover pan and cook for 20 to 25 minutes. Add wine as needed.
