DELICIOUS JELLO SALAD 
1 box lemon Jello
1 box orange Jello
2 c. hot water
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
3 bananas, diced
80 miniature marshmallows

Dissolve Jello in hot water, add cold water, put in refrigerator until consistency of unbeaten egg white. Add fruit and marshmallows. Pour in glass baking dish, chill until firm.

TOPPING:

1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. pineapple juice
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 pt. (1 c.) whipping cream

Combine egg, flour, sugar, and juice in saucepan. Stir over low heat until thick. Add butter and cool. Fold in whipped cream. Spread over Jello. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
