2 pkgs. (3 oz.) peach Jello
3 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. boiling water
1 1/3 c. cold water
1 can peaches, chopped

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Pour in blender with cream cheese and Cool Whip. Blend well, then pour into large bowl. Clean out blender with 1 1/3 cups cold water at high speed. Add to first mixture and stir. Pour into mold and add fruit. Refrigerate. This is also very good with orange Jello and mandarin oranges; lemon Jello and pineapple; or raspberry Jello and raspberries.
